  1. I have 4 of them, so the doxie groups I'm in have been talking about this for sometime now. It's quite scary what they will go after next. A lot of breeds will be going extinct.

  6. Check out the N400 forum. Others from Germany have gone through the process to get permission to keep their German citizenship and obtain US citizenship. It is very doable and you listed one of the reason that will allow it. Family ties and being able to raise your child(ren) with family. I found this off of google https://www.germany.info/us-en/service/03-Citizenship/-/2124886

  11. Ya a little too big. The Hillbilly said is has been messing with my breathing while I sleep. I also use my inhaler more because I can't tell if it is my lungs of my throat causing difficulty. I think I will pass on this advice. It seems I do have everything under the sun. Not likely scarlet fever as I was cleared of strep. That is how I got it last time. So this rash is something else. A very itchy rash it is. So far the cream is working I think on my arm. I tried it on the rest of the spots now too. I might as well try to see if it helps them too. Definitely not pregnant. That ship has sailed.
  12. I also thought I got into some poison Ivy well it turns out it is not poison Ivy and I have an antibiotic cream to use. Also had blood work to check for scarlet fever since I'm covered in a rash.
  13. Went to the doctors today. I've been having trouble swallowing food. I have to wash it down with water. It only took me 3 months to actually look in my mouth to see how big my tonsils are. Well now I have to go to the ENT to get them out.

  17. Haha, I have leopard tortoise and a sulcata. They need to stay above 80 at all times never below. But since both of these tortoises get big 50-75 for the leopard tortoise and 100+ for the sulcata. They cannot be indoor pets, so this way they can be out all summer and all winter. They can come and go into the house and get warmed up as they please.

  21. Happy Anniversary @DaveAndAnastasia I've been busy all week building a heated night box for the tortoises. Optimus Prime is now 3lbs and will be ready to be outside full time this summer. This is what I have done so far. The floor, walls and roof are all insulated with 1 1/2 foam insulation. Caulking all joints to prevent heat loss in the winter. I still need to finish the front wall with doors. This is 4x8 and will then be divided into 4x4 spaces. One side for each tortoise. Then they will have divided yards too. I will still need to plant some shade plants for them as this is a really sunny location.

  25. Ok starting this thread for any and all cat tips. We adopted two 6 month old kittens a week ago. They are adjusting nicely, mostly confined to the Jedi's bedroom until all animals in the house adjust to each other. They get to roam the house when the dogs get crated at night and in the morning. So lets talk about cat litter for a minute It's been more than several years since I've had to deal with this. Older daughter was in charge of that herself. Her cats are now in her tiny home. Now the older daughter gave me a Scoop free automatic litter box. It used the fresh step crystals. Her munchkin cat does not like it. Now until the Jedi gets used to cleaning the box I am helping him. I also want to know everyone's choice of litter and if you used it for multi cat houses. Cleaning schedules length it last and the smells. We do not have a huge house so I don't want to be smelling it. I need to buy a lid for this one as the kitties are messy. So far just the one box as they only have access to the one room most of the day until the dogs chill out. Any other tips, from intro to the dogs? I have a gate up so they can all see each other. The kittens don't try to jump out when they know the dogs are running around. I'm letting the kittens round around when the dogs are away to get all the new kitty smells on things for the dogs. They are skittish, they have gotten better. They came from a foster who said they had a bad start. They are little purr boxes and love cuddles so I am assuming they are happy. Eating wet glop and drop kibble like crazy. We have a water fountain too and they love that. Picked up a nice cat condo in the market place for 20$. Cleaned it and they like it, also two other scratch post they use frequently. Ok picture of kitties for taxes
