    You are best to file for AOS by the 90th day. Do you have to? No, but your fiance will be out of status and can be detained/removed. Have you already filed for the K1? If not you may want to explore your options. With the fee increase it is going to be disgustingly crazy to pay those fees.

    Yes it is not a big deal if you can't remember the past numbers, it wasn't you trying to sneak something past. They are well aware that most of the time Canada does not send the old passports back unless it is requested. The history is still there and they can see it.

    Your travel history follows your passport, you will also be asked for your previous passport number and passport. Once they have your passport they can see it all. Trying to hind your past travel history is a good way to get a lifetime ban.

    Our food industry is about profit. More ####### you eat the more money they make and the sicker you get. Just look at the recent report about cheerios, laden with pesticides. Touting their heart healthy ####### to get you to eat it. While your health declines and then they sell you something else. Whether pills or more so called healthy foods.

    You might be able to apply for th waiver while waiting inside the US. Others will know more about that. You will have no choice but to go to the interview in your home country. You will have the medical there too.

When entry on the K1 you can only ever Adjust status through the Petitioner of that K1. You will need your spouse to file the I-130 to petition you to come to the us. You cannot adjust through him. When you leave the US you will then be slapped with a 10yr ban. At the interview you will be denied but given the chance to file a waiver for that ban. It would be fast but faster then the 10yr bar.

    Going to West Memphis tomorrow and then off to Memphis Tennessee going to take the Jedi to the Cheesecake Factory for an early birthday treat. Older daughter is picking up a snake rack. Will save her 850$ buying a used one vs new.
