    Yes it sucks. This is why I have said to get USCIS to match up the child's case with mom's. This would be the fastest way through this.

    They cannot both move to the US when mom gets her visa. The child might be allowed to visit, but with mom having a visa in hand she could also be denied entry. If the child is allowed to visit, that is exactly what her status would be visitor. No school as a visitor.

    Delay mom's interview. Call USCIS and ask if they can match the child's case with mom's. They sometimes will do this because it is not technically an expedite so they don't have to follow certain criteria. Can't get the medical until they give the Ok which is when the interview is set.

As he entered the US 2 months after your 2 yr anniversary he will get a 10yr GC. Now it is possible they will mess up and send him a 2yr card but then you would get that corrected.

    Nothing is 100%, sadly like I said earlier expedites don't apply to AP/ds-5535 it just gets you to the interview faster. I hope and pray that you do get somewhere with your lawsuit, but from what we are seeing here I wouldn't hold my breath.

    A judge rule that 15 months from interview was not long at all. 8 months would forsure result in a dismissal. When they first started with the WOM they worked great, but that ship has sailed. Sadly AP/DS-5535 cannot be expedited, it is also out of the Embassy/consulate hands the DS-5535 is being sent for Processing Stateside.

    Your travel history is connected to your passports. It will not matter if you get a new passport, they are all linked. Get a new passport if you are allowed as many countries will not renew a passport that has more than 6 months validity to it. Please stop discussing ways to hide your travel history. Any further discussion on this needs to stop. It is clear intent to commit fraud which is a TOS Violation. -Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method.     You will want to check your regional forum. As of last July, WOM have been just a waste of money. They are being tossed out ever since that judge ruled against it. Lawyers are still taking your money and will say you have a good case but as many Canadians are discovering it was all a waste of money. So far only one in the Canada forum has mentioned that they might want to fight it further. Not sure if they did or not as it would cost more on top of the original 4-7k they paid to file the WOM.

    That is great news. It might be something they accept in his country. Either way if he can get a new one ordered while he is still in his home country it would be wise to do so just in case.

    They are all handled. They don't get to room around on the floor or they would disappear. But yes they get out. Oh you really do not want to know.

    You are best to file for AOS by the 90th day. Do you have to? No, but your fiance will be out of status and can be detained/removed. Have you already filed for the K1? If not you may want to explore your options. With the fee increase it is going to be disgustingly crazy to pay those fees.
