How old are the kids? -
Sounds like a gaming issue for sure. We have the kids electronics automatically lose wifi at 10pm. No more games after 9pm but they can watch Disney or Netflix. The Tornado is my night owl, she could be up until 4am easily if she had wifi. Heck she stayed up all night before long trips just so she can sleep in the truck easier. They don't have phones so no issue there after the wifi goes out. Luckily we homeschool so bedtime can be later for her. Hopefully you can find some middle ground for Mini-B that works for everyone.

Sorry about the bad fit on the first thingy. Sorry to read about Mini-B. Yes the age is part of what is going on, sleep is harder for teens and preteens. They tend to want to stay up late and sleep in as it is the way they are hard wired some more then others. D Does Mini-B have ADD? If so that also adds another layer to the not sleeping right. If not it could just be the gaming. He's not giving himself enough time to unwind after all the gaming. Don't underestimate the addiction gaming has on kids it can be really bad.

Do not reschedule. It does not matter the date your interview. The important part is the day you cross the border on that visa. If it is before your 2yr anniversary it would be a CR1, 2yr anniversary it is a IR1. If you enter after your 2yr anniversary and they send you a 2 yr GC you can get it corrected.

Omg they are too cute. I'm glad you were able to save them. Poor mommy kitty. We have a few cats that belong across the street that like to sit on our chicken coop. My daughter likes them to keep the rat population down. She wanted to go collect strays and put them back there too. But now we have the ones from across the street that has helped.

Many times if this was long enough ago they didn't digitalize the old records they will have to dig for it. Most of the time they don't want to dig so they tell you they don't have a record. You are really needing to get then to dig for it. Next is you are not someone in the position to request your ex's death certificate. That is only for direct family, and you were no longer that when she passed.

I can try to edit it for you if you tell me the country. Just maybe it will let me. -

Montreal asks almost everyone to fill out the DS 5535. New born babies have even had it requested. Once you're in the computer they tell you the same thing. If you look at the 221g you posted it shows the visa was denied. The Computer just randomly added the DS5535 so of course they asked for it to be filled out they have too. But they also denied the it on the proper grounds. I also find it funny they asked for your stuff as you are not even in the existing petition. So probably something they just said to get your husband out of the room. Your husband should not have showed up for the interview. Bad advice from the lawyer. Was it the lawyer who emailed Montreal or yourselves? It would have been much cleaner and now that the system flagged your husband with the DS5535 he will be stuck with the next visa you try to get. You have two choices here, finish and send back the DS5535 and wait a year to deny it outright again. 2. Start your investment visa and hope and pray they don't ask for the DS5535 again and wait another year after the interview or have to spend 5-7k to file a WOM to get you out of the hole.

We don't allow most of the things the kids are on these days. They can watch certain things on YT. No Whats App, Twitter, FB, SnapChat, instagram or anything like those. They have the ability to chat with friends and family but that is also limited. Big brother out of state gets free range for games and chatting but the rest it is very limited. Depending on the phone the Ex-Mrs should be able to google stuff for blocking and restricting time on the phone even. Our kids don't have an actual working phone. They have a tablet and I set the internet to go off at 11pm and not turn back on until 7am. The Tornado is a night owl and thank goodness we HS or it would be rough for her as she just cannot sleep at night worth beans. Ya computer glitches are not fun when they want to stick you with another 2k for a test they said was covered. I'm going to be vain against those ugly veins alright. They have to go and the sooner the better. Next will be whiter teeth. I've never have had nice white teeth, too many antibiotics as a child. I keep trying to tell the Hillbilly about going out of the country but he's a stick in the mud. I have a friend who went twice to DR for all sorts of things. I don't want what she went for but I liked her results and the care/aftercare too.

Sorry about the struggles with Mini-B. He's at the age where the school/teachers don't hold their hands anymore. It will be a rough start but he won't be the only one having to learn to take accountability for their actions. Did the phone ever get turned off? If not you should be able to use some of the parental controls to limit his activity. Kids do very much get addicted to their electronics and it can very much cause issues. I haven't started school here yet with the kids. Maybe next week. Once that starts I'm thinking of restricting games until after supper. I'm hoping the Zoo will be doing a homeschool day like they asked in our HS group. It would be nice as it is pretty close to us. I've been fighting with the MRI ppl because now they are saying that I have no coverage. WEll I do and they even sent in the darn pre otherization to make sure it was covered. But sure enough my appointment was Sept 1st and they said my coverage ended Aug 31st. I called the insurance and she cannot see anything from the hospital about them even trying to submit the claim nor any record of them calling the insurance. Which the insurance said they should have done to begin with. So according to my ins. I have never been out of coverage since I was added to it in 2008. Not even a single second. She said it is most likely a gitch and gave me a reference # to give to the hospital. As they where already close when we were talking or they ins. would have called them right then. So now I want to get some unsightly veins removed and of course I get a call about my insurance again. I guess I need to call them tomorrow. I think I need to look at medical tourism and get some things done out of the country with all this baloney!

For Hep B and Hep A you can be approved with just the first shot. But if you do not get that 2nd shot within the 30 days you will have to start the series all over. When you get to the US and start start AOS you're going to need proof of the 2nd shot and most likely the third shot. Get what you can in Canada so they don't make you redo the medical state side.

Funny how things work out. I'm glad you got a new ruler❤️ Gorgeous cat. I've always loved all animals. But lately I want to wring the necks of my dachshunds all 4 of them. I'm loving the kittens even if I've been cleaning the litter box. It's supposed to be the Jedi's job, but I'm testing out different litters and need to make sure I pick the right one. Then it will be all on him.
