You might be able to apply for th waiver while waiting inside the US. Others will know more about that. You will have no choice but to go to the interview in your home country. You will have the medical there too.

First I'm sorry the ex was a dirtbag.
Sadly you should have went home when you did not marry. When entry on the K1 you can only ever Adjust status through the Petitioner of that K1.
You will need your spouse to file the I-130 to petition you to come to the us. You cannot adjust through him. When you leave the US you will then be slapped with a 10yr ban. At the interview you will be denied but given the chance to file a waiver for that ban. It would be fast but faster then the 10yr bar.
Going to West Memphis tomorrow and then off to Memphis Tennessee going to take the Jedi to the Cheesecake Factory for an early birthday treat.
Older daughter is picking up a snake rack. Will save her 850$ buying a used one vs new.
Are you talking about the way your signature looks is different?
Your name in both are the same correct?
If so sign it the way you want. Not one single signature of mine is the same. It's no big deal as long as it is yours.
It is being looked into. If you can report what page you were on when it happened or if it was just accessing the site that triggered it. That might be helpful to Captain Ewok.
The DS-5535 is computer issued the CO doesn't have control over it. AP cannot be expedited either so I am very sorry this happened to you. You will want to jump over to the regional forum to see if they are tracking the DS-5535.
Also I'm going to split off your comments about your account being hacked so I can post it is the Site discussion forum. Captain Ewok needs to be aware of this as it is not normal.

Each stage you have to apply for an expedite, just because USCIS approved your expedite does not mean NVC would (in your case there was no need) or the consulate has too expedite it too. They are the ones who make that call.
