I'm so sorry about the bullying. If it happened off/after school times the school will most likely do nothing. The school more than likely will not give out the parents or child's information. Need to involve the police for this one. I'm am so very sorry about this and this might give you an idea of why Mini-B has been acting up. You need to find out how long this has been going on. The experience I have been through with the bullying with the Tornado is the school will do squat and it will continue. I hope things will be different for Mini-B's sake. It's the main reason we started homeschooling. Teachers and the administration are so afraid of the bullies parents or they have the excuse of well they have it so rough at home this is their only safe place. So they really don't do anything but maybe take away recess.

Once you get your receipt you can try to get emergency AP, this is not the same as an expedite AP, but it would have to qualify as an emergency. You don't mention what the crisis back home is, but if there is a way that you can handle it from the US do that. Two years to be able to come back on a spousal visa would be rough and there is no guarantee you would be allowed to visit during that time.

I did go and tried not to watch the clock. Still took two hours to fall asleep. Was woken up to feed the dogs and listen to the Hillbilly make noise as much as he could.

Missing vaccination record-
Ontarkie replied to ann2023's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
I'm in the other camp. Do not get vaccines you do not need. Get the titers test and go from there. Over vaccination is a real issue. -

Ok I'm off to bed, hopefully I will fall asleep in less than two hours.

Iphones have lots of options. She just doesn't want to use them. Too bad you can't take the phone to the store to have them set it up for you. Safety issues easily solve with a cheap cell phone that does not have all the fun stuff he wants.

I need to go through the kids clothes to see what fits and what doesn't. The Tornado would rather I just buy her more nightgowns. She hates getting dressed if we just stay home. But we do leave the house from time to time and she needs clothes. The Jedi I pretty much lives in shorts, but if we get some cold snaps he's going to need pants. Little hot box that boy is. I I agree with your mom. Yikes another 0 that is not good. Does he realize if he keeps this up he will be repeating the 7th grade? I think at this point the phone should be taken away by you as ex-Mrs keeps giving in. He needs to earn things back with grades and a new attitude.

Losing US citizenship for living abroad

Oh Tbone, this is truly crappy with all of the Mini-B stuff. Has the EX said anything about what is going on with him? I wouldn't let him make the call to stop visiting. I wouldn't give him the chance to even think about it. Your time is court ordered, he will show up for said time and he can pout in his room the whole time if he wants but it is going to happen. My best friend back in Canada is dealing with major issues but hers are because her ex is a complete and totalled (insert bad bad word here). He threw her out with nothing more then the cloths on her back. Moved his new girl in wouldn't even let her have any access to her boy. No phone calls nothing. He is corrupting that poor 11y old boy to be just like him. She's been dealing with legal aid for over a 1yr now and they are not helping much at all. No movement no nothing. It is killing her, and the longer her boy is with him, the more her ex has time to damage him. He disappears for months at a time in the US and her legal aid lawyers don't do anything to stop him from taking the kid or ditching him with some random girl at the time. SHe was married for more than 35 yrs and he was abusive the whole time and still is. I told her to get a lawyer who will go after the soon to be ex for his fees. Told her to go after everything, he has. Sadly the damage she has suffered from years of this guy will not allow herself to do what she needs to do. So she sits and waits and hope legal aid will help.

Lazyistus for sure is real. My thoughts are you live here and need to do your part just like everyone else. The Jedi woke up this morning telling me Pebbles kept waking him up. He said he didn't get much sleep, crawled into bed with me but all he did was keep me awake.

These two are pretty petite atm, but who knows if that will change. I'm glad to hear the LR3 works nicely. I might stick to that one since it is older and the price might go down even more by the time I get one. I'm making the Jedi help out with the cost so it will be awhile. We don't do an allowance so he's not rolling in cash. He will have to save birthday money and such.

Ooh, that is good to know. I'm very tempted to get one of those. So far I started back with the crystals and that seems to be working better than that other brand.

Is this worth the chance?
Ontarkie replied to EllisAndRenz's topic in Working & Traveling During US Immigration
I'd scrap the Korea part of the trip. She said she didn't need a visa and she was wrong. It is to much of a risk and you might lose the whole trip. -
I wish I could help more, main reason I moved your thread. You're going to need answers from members who know the PI. If that is was DSWD says they may be the place to ask.

Many have visited. Just be clear and honest if asked.
