    My two boys used the fee waiver. They were both approve and no issues at all. They were college students and worked FT, lived at home with us. My husband figure why not try and save money.

    I'm so happy to see that you didn't need it. Yay!!! In this situation if they want to pass on US citizenship to the child after entry they will need something that states the father has custody of the child too.

    It is because you said your spouse's job will end in the UK. They cannot go by that income. Either try with your cash assets or sponsor.

    It does not apply to you. It would be if you had a previous marriage and child from that marriage. Then they want to see that you are paying child support.

    It was never required, but many recommend it. I never did it for my kids my kids.

    Use the marriage certificate as the proof needed to make the update for SSN. It does not matter that the name on it is her maiden name or that she is using a combo of names.

    It's because she assumed her married name. It is not an official name change that needs a judge to sign off on. That is why she just has the certificate in the married name. Even if it is a combo of the two names.

    Definitely get started on her passport. Many recommend doing the N600 after you get the passport. It is up to you if you want to do it.

    Oh boy I would have lost it on her. I hope your fiance told her off. Your fiance needs to fire her now. Do not use this women any further. I know you said he is busy, but if he can't even take the time to read over something that needs to sign this will not end well.

    Hopefully your Fiancé actually read the forms before the lawyer sent them off. Who knows what other mistakes this lawyer may have made.

    I pulled the trigger and ordered the Litter Robot 4 while the sale was still going. I added the hopper to it too.

    I can see how being a surveyor would be difficult to do online. I think is the one who @Boiler knows more about. I've only read about it here and there. Hopefully this could be an option
