  1. Yay! I'm glad she saw things clearly and happy to see you added an addition to your family. Hugs the old pup.
  2. Stick to the K1, your fiancé's daughter is already 19. If you switch the the spousal visa she will not get a visa through you. He would have to petition her after he comes to the US. It would be years for her to get to the US. The 125% poverty line applies when you get to the adjustment stage. Either get a sponsor or a another job/second job. When he goes next week for his interview you only need 100% for income. As long as the CO doesn't want more.
  3. Dang Tbone, maybe that website is jinx and you should try a different one. I know you don't have FB but they even have a locals dating group.
  4. Use the new name. The marriage certificate will link the two names.
  5. Ahh, I didn't realize you're already at the end. Sorry dyslexia and when I read fast I miss chucks. Yes the K1 is much better with the older kids. No filling the alone does not give him work authorization. The EAD needs to be approved for him to be able to work.
  6. Yes you can count the child support. How I'm not sure, but others may know. Wait for them to come around. Second it doesn't sound like the K1 is the right visa for you two. He will not be able to work for several months after he enters on the K1 and after you've applied for AOS and the EAD. If you need him working asap. The best way is the CR1 Visa.
  7. ~~MOved to K1 Process and Procedure, from AOS from Work, Student & Tourist Visa- as this is a K1 question.~~
  8. ~~Moved to DACA, from AOS Family K1/K3- as the OP is a DACA recipient not adjusting from K1.~~
  9. Bah that sucks, I swore I saw it was removed for consular processing. What a pain in the butt.
  10. Even if Colombia had a system to expunge her record. USCIS would still need it declared and want the court records. There is no hiding it.
  11. ~~Moved to Working and Traveling During Immigration, from K1 P&P - the topic is about working during the AOS process.~~
  12. Hi Flames, welcome back. Sorry I can't help with a forum name for immigrating back to Canada.
  13. ~~Moved to Moving Here and Your New Life, from AOS from W,S & T Visas- as the topic is about health insurance.~~
  14. ~~Moved to Moving Here and Your New Life, form K1 P&P~~

  21. @Captain Ewok Can you update the Guides? USCIS now requires the I-693 to be included with the I-485.
  22. I have never tried to do this as the Hillbilly cooks steaks outside. But so many ppl comment how easy and tasty steaks in the air fryer are. Go in Pinterest and search for air fryer recipes. Also if you want to test out the instant pot Pinterest has tons of recipes too. Or you can just ask in here, for some recipes.
  23. ~~Moved to Bringing Family of USC, from Bringing Family of PR- the OP is asking about a USC parent petition.~~
  24. ~~Hijack post post has been removed. If you have a question about your own case please start your own thread. Also it is English only in the main forum and editing the quote to another language is not permitted.~~
  25. 😂 Oh yes and all different colours, blonde, reds, blue, black and as sweet as ever. Not picky eaters at all and would love the glop you eat too.
