  1. ~~Moved to Moving Here and Your New Life, from AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas. As this is about the struggles of AOS but not a processing question.~~
  2. Thanks, I googled the name and found their site. I saved the link.
  3. What kind of light sabers? We have bought a few cheap ones at Walmart. A nicer one for the older boy at Toys R Us but that option is gone now.
  4. ~~Moved to Bringing Family of USC, from US Embassy and Consulate Discussion~~
  5. ~~Moved to Passports, etc. - What to do now that you are a US citizen, from US Citizenship General Discussion- the OP is now a USC asking about next steps.~~
  6. ~~Thread moved the Work Visas, from Bringing Family of Permanent Residents. - As the OP has applied for a work visa and asking about Utah marriage to bring future spouse.~~ ~~Duplicate thread has been removed. Please do not start more than one thread for the same or related topic.~~
  7. Oh man how did I mess that one up. Well I'm glad you knew what I meant.
  8. ~~Post removed for scaremongering. Do not make comments scaring others to not report fraud. As this would be a violation of the TOS. Fraud is to be reported. It is up to the individual to decide if they have evidence or not. Scaring them does not help anyone.~~
  9. Big hugs Sorry for the ECG and his wife I can't even imagine the prices of tickets. We drive up to Canada and that is expensive enough. No way could we afford the cost for 5 on a plane. Plus where we need to go there is no direct flight and the layovers make it take close the to the same time it takes to drive.
  10. Contact a lawyer, some circumstances can waive the 1 yr separation before filling for divorce. You may have enough evidence that would qualify, but you need to talk to a lawyer to find out.
  11. Another vote for the spousal visa and giving birth in Canada. Obviously I did not have kids in every state or province but my experience is stay in Canada to have your little one. I found the way they treat you during the entire pregnancy/delivery to be night and day between Canada and the US. Plus in Canada you can use laughing gas in labour not an option in the US. Depending on your choices for pain management. In the US as a first time mom it would be very wise to get a doula to advocate for you. Then you have the claim to citizenship to future grandchildren. Way off I know but worth thinking about until they get it appealed.
  12. ~~Moved to Tourist Visas, from the Canada forum- the OP is asking about Visiting the US.~~
  13. That is very weird. I'm really surprised they didn't catch it. Any chance you are also married to a USC? Then they could have used the 3 yr rule for this?
  14. I'll look around me and see if there are any. I can pick it up and ship it. I'll test out prices before going that route though. I would hate for the shipping to cost more then getting something new.
  15. So far nothing new listed. Bryan TX is the only one and they don't want to ship. Can't blame them I never offer shipping either
  16. Where are you going to be? If you're in the car behind him then no big deal. They will want him to go park and process you. Anyone moving your stuff needs to be entering after you get your visa endorsed. They will need the proper forms and a copy of the endorsed visa.
  17. Well with all the kids we didn't have an option to be in two rooms even if we wanted too. He snores and his cpap machine drives me nuts. Once I', asleep the only thing that wakes me is a kid. I'm used to the ceiling fan sort of, I freeze to death nightly. The Hillbilly did buy me an electric blanket a few years ago and I already killed it. His side still works so I might flip it to mine. I could sleep with it all summer. I like him in bed even if he drives me nuts, he also sleeps better with me in bed despite me constantly kicking him.
  18. ~~Moved to Effects of Major Family Changes, from AOS from K1/K3- as similar topics are discussed here.~~
  19. ~~Moved to General Immigration Discussion, from Brining Family of USC- as similar threads are discussed here.~~
