We got approved today. No RFE and no I-129F sent. Just took Nebraska a little shy of under a year to process. But I am so happy and relieved.

The processing times for NSC changed again? What the hell is going on!
I was actually expecting that. According to to the data from case tracker there are overwhelmingly more I-130 petitions in August than compared to July.

Is the USCIS website down right now? It was working fine yesterday and now I get a sad face that said the site cannot be reached.
-Asking from Switzerland-
They are doing system maintenance work: https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/tools-outage

They started working on end of July cases (around the 30th) now as I can see some RFE on case tracker.

Oh! It is nice to see a fellow filer from Switzerland!
I see that you are still waiting for the NOA2. At what point should I call and ask????
My USCIS account does not show much....i guess if they needed a RFE, I would have already received a letter about it????
Yes, even almost identical filing dates.
You can inquire if your receipt date is past the one mentioned under processing times on the USCIS website. But they usually reply, that one should wait another 60 days to make an inquiry.
I know it sucks, my hubby moved back in December to the US to find a job (he was doing a master's degree here in Switzerland) and being separated for so long is literally torture.
They are now working on July cases, so expect to wait at least another month before you get an approval or RFE.

Do you think this will all be done by Summer of 2020? 🤔🤔🤔
Yes, highly possible. The embassy in Switzerland seems to be pretty efficient with the interviews and they don't seem to have an enourmous backlog. It all depends on Nebraska and the NVC phase.
Glad to know that there are some other filers from Switzerland. 😄

We got approved today at Nebraska. Yesterday before the approval the status changed to "We updated your name..." as well.
