Finally got my extension letter yesterday! hx: biometrics are being reused case is under review.

Seems like it. I was just kinda wondering as I thought it was a bit odd.

The only thing I sent was the initial package by mail (that included the cell phone bills) Nothing else sent since.

I have a quick question for forgot to add it to my last thing. online it shows “your uploads” and it has something in there, that was uploaded November 1 (it’s a cell phone bill) but I never uploaded it. Is that them uploading it? Just wanna make sure 👀

Updated. Update: 11/6 received letter saying biometrics could be reused. still no sign of extension letter. But I did go online and look. Is our service center the one listed on that letter? I got the Nebraska service center listed on mine. (I’ve had interview for everything so far.)

Sent package 10/25 USCIS received by USPS 10/26 text message with case number/ NOA sent 10/31 USCIS actively reviewing 11/02 no letter yet on my end and haven’t gotten anything about biometrics as of yet 😊 there is the update.

It seems I might be out of the loop but is a case getting sent to the NBC not a good sign? Just legitimately curious

Sent off our package today. Paid for the 1 day delivery and should be received by tomorrow at 6pm. Hoping to get our text by Tuesday at the latest 😊

okay thank you I'll make sure to file a I-865 and AR-11. I'll get those send off this week and perhaps hold off sending the I-751 until next week or do you think sending them all out at the same time will be okay?

I was reading this thread and came upon this. I'm about to mail my I-751, I have added our new current address as our current and of course previous where it said to. Am I needing to file this change of address as well? I had assumed I didn't just because I had to file for ROC anyway and they'd get our new address that way. But I could have misunderstood that.

Hello 👋 we are getting ready to submit this month hopefully next week. I just had a quick question about my list of evidence. in my package I have included already: joint tax filings 2021,2022 sale of a house purchase of a house mortgage joint account statements (1 from each quarter and three most recent) car deed (shows both names) city bill (it’s in my husbands name) hospital bills from when I had our daughter (in my name) both our drivers license my daughters birth certificate My husbands work showing me as the beneficiary insurance showing myself and our daughter as dependents on his insurance. Pictures highlighting the last two years. my first question is 1) we both have previous marriages and in prior applications we’ve had to submit those decrees. Do we have to submit those with this again? 2) do we need photocopies of our previous approval letters (K1, AOS,EAD, etc)? (I saw someone include those at one time) 3) anything you personally think I’m missing or is this good? Thanks so much in advance! Ready to enter the waiting game again with y’all🫠
