    thanks, would be 'a while' as the PD is 2019, not counting the I824 as it delay sending case to NVC

    my case, close to 1 year. Even thought they say it would take more than 6 months on the notice.

    Nah, i applied for my dad and got approved back in 2020. due to covid and other personal reasons, he didn't want to go so the nvc case got expired after 1 year stay inactive (where we didn't take action and do all the steps). I had to email and ask them to reactive it again. My mom is green card holder and i thought she can't sponsor her daughter as she's over 21 and married.

    yeah, we applied and got I130 approved in 2023 but have to apply form I824 due to some reason that they said i didn't indicate with embassy/consulate abroad. So now that the I824 approved, they finally send it to NVC, and i got case/invoice number today

    thanks, even i can login to NVC, i can't pay for fee, etc... Will it expired after 1 year? I already had that happened to the case when sponsoring my dad.

    So i got an email from NVC with case number and invoice number. do i need to pay IV fee and do all the steps? or just wait for the PD? how do you know if/when your PD is up?

    we applied and got approved on I-130. do you think they proceed to NVC case number or we just get in queu and wait for our turn (usually around 10 years for sibling)?
