Hi,
I filed for I-751 in 2022.
I got an extension letter for my Greencard/ Residency that extends my Greencard until August 7th 2024.
Then just now my I-751 got denied after 2 years with the reason of it being filed prematurely.
They said in the letter I should refile another I-751.
Which I did immediately. I filed a new I-751, on may 11th, but… what’s my status right now?
Is the first Greencard still valid with the extension?
I’m supposed to travel to Europe June 3rd - August 4th and I almost don’t dare to ask but can I even do that?
would they let me back into the country?
I never thought there could possibly be problems but here I am.
