  1. I had mine with pending I751 a few weeks after ds2, waited 2hrs in the waiting room for the interview. Interview was 15mins, couldn't approve on the day due to I751 but things moved quickly after and I751 was approved a couple of days later, so guess it depends on your CO how quickly things move after. Had my ceremony Friday (about a hour wait in the waiting room)
  2. Congratulations! Thanks for the update, yes fingers crossed it gets transferred and resolved quickly, I maybe in the same boat as my I751 looks like it will also not have moved to Newark. Did you end up needing all the evidence you took?
  3. Cool, thanks! Yes I may do similar then, better to be overprepared! Ignore the SS5, I mis-read another experience at Newark. After citizenship you have to update Social security that you're a citizen, but you have to wait 10 days to do it (the social security office is in same building as interview). I have read of some people being notified prior that it will be a combo but the majority seems to be in our situation where we'll just have to see on the day :).
  4. I actually have a interview few weeks after yours at Newark also, have they confirmed yours will be a combo interview? From my side I already submitted a lot of the 'on-going relationship' stuff as part of the initial n-400 submission bank statements etc which i I dont plan on taking. So on the day am planning on taking: Some new bank statements since the N-400 submission and some photos of us (probs overkill) I-751 48 month extension letter Dates and places of international trips i've taken since filing n-400 Filled out SS-5 (someone mentioned if you have same-day oath at Newark you can get your social updated after, figure its best to have this pre completed so dont need to fill it out on the day) EAD card Let me know if you have anything you're taking you think i'm missing
  5. I'm in the same situation, GC correct expiry date would have been Nov 2022, have travelled internationally 3 times since then with the 10 yr GC without any issue, I did take the extension letter first time JIC but haven't since
  6. Last time I went through JFK they’d updated the kiosks to full facial recognition and no need to scan anything or receive the ticket. I had to to the same thing last year, (also U.K. citizen who had GE associated to ESTA). I just turned up early for a flight at JFK and went to GE enrolment centre with my GC, took 2 mins for them to update my profile with the new info
  7. If anyone else finds themselves in this situation; after i responded to the RFE my case was denied due to the pending ROC case.
  8. Thank you for your response, yes that makes! Yes we were married less than 2 years at the time i received the GC
  9. Hi All, Am hoping someone has been through something similar or come across a similar scenario before. I received a 10yr greencard after AOS in Nov 2020, this should have been a 2yr greencard Summitted a i90 for error made by uscis shortly after in Nov Filed ROC August this year At this point I was hoping they would not respond to i90 until I can get citizenship so can travel without hassle on a unexpired GC Last week received RFE for the i90 to describe issue with the card, due beginning of March My 2yr greencard would have expired last month My main questions are: If I respond to the RFE and case is resolved, will they issue me a expired greencard with the correct expiry date (last month) or will it be extended a year based on ROC? Will they issue a greencard at all since its expired and I will have to send back my current one and get stamps in passport to travel?
