Hi There,
Not sure where I should be posting this. My husband and I and our partners from England opened a business in Wisconsin in May 2007. My husband came here from Birmingham England on a fiancee visa in 2003. Our friends got here in February 2009 on an E-2 (I think) visa....if that's the visa for investing in a business in the U.S.
I have some major questions - am I "stuck" in a business with them for the rest of my life? I mean - will they always have to be a business owner in order to stay here? I realize if they found a business to run themselves that they could do that.
Also - they go back in August 2010 for renewal of their Visa - what is the chance of the Visa NOT being approved if the business hasn't made a noticable profit since they arrived? We have not made a profit at all since opening but the end of the year loss figures are getting smaller. My main concern is that our business can easily support 1 family (my husband and I because we could run it by ourselves) but not 2 families. Our partners could not run it by themselves and survive.
I would appreciate any and all ideas on this matter. You can email direct at neat1s@hotmail.com.
Thanks

Hi,
I can't seem to find the correct address to send my husband's 751 to Nebraska for Wisconsin. I went to the site and it gives all the addresses for other forms but I don't see the one for the 751. Please email me back at neat1s@hotmail.com. His 2 years is up August 8th. I will be mailing it express mail through the post office. Thanks in advance.

Hi There,
I need to file my husbands 751 before August 8th. Could someone please email me at neat1s@hotmail.com and explain the steps to me and all required information. I have the application form, all our bills in both names, copies of driver's licenses, copies of property papers purchased together, pictures, lease paperwork, etc. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
We have to file my husband's 751 before August 8th this year. We just opened an English pub/restaurant together in Wisconsin so I have that paperwork, bills in both our names, etc. Our checking accounts are just in each of our names. Will that be a problem?
Also, how long should I expect to wait before I hear anything about this removal of conditions.
Thanks
Wanda

We have to do my husband's change of status in May and I plan on going to my utility, telephone, etc. and just get a "client history" which will show the billing and payments for the last year. I'm pretty sure I can get the ones for the year before also. That cuts down on a lot of paper. Good luck to all changing status!
