    I didn’t see a thread for May 2024 filers yet. I filed online today 05/05/2024. I immediately got my receipt notice and biometrics reuse notice (waiver) online. I’m in Chicago.

    I see what you mean now. Original extension was only 24 months or something like that, this one extends 48 months from expiry. Thank you!

    I know it’s the Sept 2021 thread. My status has been on fingerprints taken for a long while. Because I got the mail from USCIS I’m hoping it means someone has touched my file.

    I just got a receipt notice for removal of conditions, hopefully that’s a good sign that movement will be happening.

    What will happen if the 2 year GC extension expires before any action in processing the removal of conditions? Is there a way I can apply to be able to travel out of the country and safely return?
