My mom is a green card holder who applied for my unmarried brother who is over 21. He lives in Bangladesh and recently, he got an approved letter after 6 years and then they asked the sponsor I did submit the sponsor now how long does he needs to wait to call for the interview do you think he can get the interview call sometimes this year... I do know it's covid19 going on. anyone has any information I will appreciate it?

My son case sent it to the Department of state before approval. Kind pf confused.i just send the additional evidence and today its said the case is send to the Department of state for visa prosesing.  So after that the uscis will approved the case or they already approve the case and send the letter to department of state

I just checked online my son uscis status its showing the case was sent it to department of state for visa processing. Can some help me out what does it mean and what is my next move please.thank you 

Hello all need a help about sponsorship questions.I sponsor my brother wife 6 month ago.now my income is not enough to sponsor my wife. How long does the old sponsor last that I soponsered. And this year my brother when he filed his tax he add his wife as a dependent. So confused is it still gonna count my brother wife as a last sponsorship. Please need some real advise what do do.thank you all...

Hello everyone I really need a help to answer this question...My wife is nine months pregnant. I just submitted my sponsor pepper to department of state I am so confused that should I let NVC know that my wife is pregnant.or any pepper should I fill out and inform to NVC for future reference so baby can come to USA soon as possible or I should wait till baby born.By the way I am a us citizen.thank you all.
