  1. When I submitted online, I only submitted 4 years as the IRS website only stores 4 year online. When I came to the interview, he didn't ask for evidence at all. But I owed some tax a few years back and have a payment plan, I gave him the docs showing that and he kept it.
  2. The English test for me was extremely easy lol. He showed on the ipad "Where is the White House?" And asked me to speak it. then he answered "The White House is in Washington DC" and told me to write it down. That's it.
  3. Just a quick update on my case. I was approved on the spot. I was divorced right before submitting for the n400 but there was no questions about it during the interview (I submitted under the 5 years rule). I owed tax a few years back and have a payment plan. The officer asked for that and kept it in the file. I found this youtube channel very helpful in prepping me for the interview. Good luck everyone.
  4. N400 application submitted middle of July. Interview scheduled for Oct 21st. Houston office.
  5. I didn't notice the "Document" tab. I see the letter there now, thank you!
  6. Hi guys, I submitted the n400 application on the 13th of July and last Monday, 16th of Sept, the status on the website changed to Interview Scheduled however up until today, I haven't received the notice in the mailbox so I don't know when my interview date is. I'm afraid it will come late or get lost somewhere and I'll miss my interview. In your experience, what the timeline between Interview Scheduled to the date of the interview?
  7. Hi guys, My case was approved just today, no interview. AOS from F1. I submitted July 12th 2021, so it took 2 years and 3 months. I haven't submitted the n400. It's coming for ever one, just be patient.
  8. The deed should show both name if the property is in Texas. When we bought the house, the deed shows both names even though it was only me who is responsible for the mortgage alone. Both of us were required to show up on closing day, and signed a bunch of papers with both names on them. She has low income and low credit, the going rate would be higher if I add her as a co-borrower.
  9. because statistics need time to build up. The number shown on these places are of old cases.
  10. I follow some facebook group and apparently AOS takes only 2, 3 months nowadays. When I applied for it a few years back, it took 1 year 2 months to get interviewed. My ROC was submitted July 2021, and there's no update. Received the 48 month extension letter a few weeks back. Sigh.
  11. I'm also SRC filer, submitted July 2021 and also just got the 48 extension letter yesterday.
