July 03 2024 • Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled 

July 19th 2024- biometrics appointment 

You can call immigration to request for your online access code. Create an account on Uscis site and add your case number using your online access code.

     You will case your I-485 and I-765 cases on your dashboard. 
  Check under the document section on your I-485 , you can print your RFE and mail it or upload it from your USCIS portal.

     My girlfriend is trying to fill AOS I-485 form ,family based. Someone said the total amount is $1760. How can this amount be splitted?

Thank you so much. I just got a letter today that my spouse EAD has been approved on the 27th of June 2018..Does anyone know when he would receive the card from the date of approval?

jan 3 -PD

feb 6-biometrics 

may 23-interview.

After the interview, a paper was giving to us that the interview is held for review for 120 days.My spouse is yet to get his work permit. July 3rd will make it 6 months the we filed these papers.We are so worried that we don't know what to do.please can we get some suggestions and advise from the house on how to move forward?
