Dears all,
I am the winner of DV-2019 from Ethiopia. I have got a letter on May 15, 2018 for further processing in the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program for the fiscal year 2019 with a case number.
Before two and half weeks, I was able to login the DS-260 web portal by my case number. And I was checking my all records. Then after the portal was in a maintenance mode for two weeks. During August 1, 2018, DS-260 web portal works but I can not join in it to fulfill the application. Today , I am trying to login the portal again and again. But I can not login it.Dears, when I try to login in the DS-260 (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx) web portal through my case number, the error message is displayed like this:- "The case information you entered does not match our records."I have used my correct case number and birth date information. But I can not login.
If you have any idea to solve this problem, please forward me.I thank you in advance!Today, I faced the same problem. My applications are filled out and sent to KCC already but I wanted to review the applications for any possible mistakes and got the exact same message. I thought it is because my application is locked and it does not read my CN (though I opened it few times after submission) but it seems there is some problem with the CEAC system. I guess, there is nothing to worry about, contact KCC and ask when the problem will be solved to finish submission.

Depends on the consulate to be honest. Some have insisted on seeing the high school certificate and others have been ok with just the highest degree if the applicant has attended university. Are you DV2019 or 2018? In either case I’d strongly suggest you try get it to be on the safe side, especially as you will be interviewing in a country that is not familiar with your home country education system. Obviously you’ll have more time to figure out a solution if DV2019. Isn’t there anyone in Georgia you can nominate as an authorized person?
I am a 2019 selectee. It is not about not having people to authorize there in Georgia but about the whole procedure, there is a lot of hassle and will take some time. Besides, I do not really trust sending documents through the Egyptian post (it takes too long and the documents may be even lost). Anyway, thanks for your response, I will try my best to get the certificate through DHL or so.

Hello,
I also have a question regarding school certificate. I am from Georgia (country), now live in Egypt (as my husband is Egyptian). My school certificate is lost and I can't reissue it through the consulate or online services (need to be their in person or an authorized person to reissue it). But I graduated from University (got my bachelor academic degree) and obtained another post-graduate certificate. Worked in my field for more than 10 years but last five years I base in Egypt and have no working permit. So my question is: is it ok if i present only my Bachelor and post-graduate diplomas, or i will be still asked to show school certificate? Can I be refused at the interview for not presenting school certificate?
thanks in advance

Hello.
I would like to ask anyone knows whether any changes have been made to the process of obtaining police clearance certificate in Egypt? And do I need to present two certificates from two different locations I've resided since 16 or I shall get it from my current residence city only and does it give the full police report from all locations I've resided? Does anyone have a sample of recently obtained police clearance certificate for immigration visa? Thanks in advance.

We submitted it mid-July. But after that I logged in a few times just to review if everything was correct (of course, there was no chance for editing the submitted info, only view mode)
