    ran the service inquiry for being outside of time processing window. answer: we can't do anything. going to contact the local congressman.

    my parent's fingerprint keeps getting rejected and they keep calling them to do a new fingerprints. I-130 was approved in April. and now they have just got done with their 4th fingerprinting for i485. Anyone knows what happens if the fingerprinting doesn't work out?

    SF processing time seems to be 22.5 for 80% of the cases. It is quite possible that your case gets approved by August.

    As of yesterday, no RFE has been issued yet. I expect that they will issue an RFE for medical although I sent the I693 but that would have been deemed "expired" by them. I did live agent chat on Emma and they told me yesterday that the interview waiver had been removed. So they will schedule an interview for the case. The case is with the local office and the processing time is 21 months. So the interview call has to come before June, I guess if they want to honor their own 21 months time-frame.
