Congratulation to you and wish you all the best of luck for your interview.
You can take I864W along to the interview. My attoney said to me that she will fill it out for me when we receive the interview notice as well.
Have you received the courtesy letter from USCIS for I693 for interview? Thank you for your reply.
I have received very weird letter. It’s not on an official “Notice of Action” form. It’s just a letter saying to appear in the field office regarding i-485 form with the list of documents i should
bring with me.

You need to fill out the form and take it along with you since you did not send a copy along with your i-485, it is mandatory for all vawa applications, it's just a waiver of affidavit of support, meaning you are not required have a financial sponsor. If I may ask Which office is your interview and how long after approval you got notice for interview?
Thank you! I’m in Oakland park office, Florida. My vawa was approved in July 2018, and I got interview notice 2 days ago, scheduling on December 18, 3018. However, online status is still «case was received in my local office».
Are you sure I don’t need to send the I-864w form before my interview, and it’s fine just to bring it with me to an interview?

If anyone knows, please help. I submitted i-360 and i-485 concurrently. VAWA was approved. Now I got a letter for i-485 interview. They are requesting to bring an evidence of the completed I-864W. I have never submitted this form with my package. What should I do?

Yesterday I received an invitation for an interview, that looks very weird. It's not on an official Notice of Action form. Just a letter with the list of documents that I should bring with me. Also, the status online is still "Case was received at your local office"

Hello everyone! I have a question: do I have to be divorced before i-485 interview as a VAWA applicant?

I went without an appointment and they helped. Just be very clear and make sure you ask someone who knows about VAWA
Thank you so much, I will try to do the same. Do you know approximately how long they are processing i-485 for vawa?

Yes
How long have you been waiting for? I've been trying to make an infopass appointment to check how long the processing time is, but it's impossible. There are no appointments for this office..

Is anyone waiting for vawa I-485 interview in Miami office?

Donot worry about this timeline. I learn almost I-485 processing time is about 6 months after Vawa approval. My attoney also said that to me.
I am waiting for interview now.
Be patient but not so long like that.
Isn't it the regular processing time for family-based i-485 that applies for interviews for vawa petitioners?

Not sure where you’re reading this but current I-485 processing times for Miami are 11.5 months.
11,5 - 29 months

I can't believe my eyes - uscis updated processing time. For i-485 it was increased from 23 months to 29 months in Miami. My Vawa was approved in July 2018. That means I have to wait for 3 years more for an interview 😞

My i-485 (based on the approved Vawa) status is "transferred to another office" as of August 2018. If I change the address, will the countdown for the i-485 interview starts from the beginning (as they will have to relocate my case)?
Please advise.

Does anyone whose i-360 approved in 2018 have their i-485 already scheduled?
-
Hello everyone! I filed i-485 and i-360 concurrently in October 2016. Vawa was approved in July 2018. And in August 2018 my I-485 was transferred to my local office. My question is - what's the i-485 case inquiry date? August 2018 when the case was transferred to my local office? Or October 2016 when it was originally filed?
I'm curious to estimate my i-485 interview.
-
My i-360 was approved almost a month ago (according to online data)? But i still haven't received any approval letters. Did anyone has the same situation? is it normal?
-
My i-360 was approved 11 days ago (checked online), but still no approval letter. Is that normal?

u got any rfe and when did u applied ?
RFE for i-360 was completed. Both were filed in October 2016
-
My I-360 was approved on July 25th (I see it online). But the status of I-485 (they were filed concurrently) is still "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center for additional information."
Is there something I can do with it? What's my next step?

Is there a filing fee for I-765 EAD renewal under category C09?
-

You need to send a new I-765 application using the correct class and also write a letter/note with it explaining you are now re-filing in the correct class. Support it with all relevant evidence that should accompany 765 including all your receipt notices from VAWA, showing you have a pending 360 and 465
Thank you! And shall I pay application fee again? Is there any free for fining I-765 (C09) for EAD renewal?
-
Does anyone know how to change eligibility category in already submitted I-785 (I need to change it from class C31 to C09). Shall I just send a letter with the request to change the category, or I need to send a new i-765 application?

Which cathegory did you choose?
My lawyer chose C31, and that was probably a mistake. Although my original I-765 was C31 class requested, was approved, but the card was issued with C09. (doesn't make sense). So we sent renewal C31 9 months ago, and since then... nothing

Please help! I have I-360, I-485 and I-765 filed concurrently. Vawa and I-485 are still pending. EAD has expired and I applied for renewal in October 2017. Since then I haven't heard anything from USCIS. My concern is: what category I should have chosen for EAD in this situation - C31 or C09?

Hi everybody! Do you think it worth taking an attorney to I-485 interview based on approved vawa?
