December 2015 - I entered the US by K1 visa January 2016 - got married (with US citizen) February 2016 – we filed for AOS November 2016 - we had an interview. December 2016 – my green card was denied (the doctor’s mistake) January 2017- we filed the motion to reopen. December 2017 – we received a negative decision, it said that they understand that the surgeon made a mistake, but it was on my responsibility. January 2018 – we filed for AOS AP again February 2018 – I had the biometrics appointment June 2018 – my AP was approved and sent to me. On April 8 2019 USCIS sent me NOA, I had my AOS interview May 23 2019, my case is under review. May 24 2019 - GC was being produced, June 1 2019 GC received but for 2 yrs instead of 10!!!! I filed I-90 to replace my GC on September 8 2019. On September 10 2020 my status has been changed, it says they sent a request for initial evidence (they needed my GC back). I sent it back and I received my new 10-yrs green card in about 2 weeks, on October 15th. Finally!
