Both names should not be an issue. Just take a certified copy of you marriage certificate and you old passport too. The reservation must be in the name on your new passport.

Does she have a US passport? A Consular Report of Birth Abroad (a CRBA or Form FS-240) ?

Always something in Juarez. Right? They should be able to expedite it. Had it happen to a co-worker for his B2 visa for a conference. Should not take more than a day or two.

lol have you seen they way they drive there
Getting the Drivers License just shows another link to Mexico. If you want crazy drivers go to the Philippines. I just drove there for 10 days. No stop signs and tons of motorbikes.
If you get a RT visa that is ok. But you are married so you should get a RP and then you never have to deal with INM again.

Just to help others - we communicated with each other via DM. My wife was also a third country national. It took us a week to get the visa / passport back. We got back a packet about two inches thick. I am sure it took time for DOS to assemble it all. My wife called in after 4 days and it hadn't been issued but they confirmed it was approved.
You are almost there! Sorry for the final delay.
-
Just resend the packet with the correct fee.

DS260 for each applicant,
You and your sponsor fill out the I-864 for spouse as well. It is my understanding that if your children receive citizenship upon landing they do not need I-864s.

Do you mean 6 weeks after the I-130 was approved by USCIS?
Yes after the I-130 was approved. The USCIS email said 4 weeks but it took 6 weeks.

It took six weeks to get our case number for a DCF in Mexico.

Should be enough. Hong Kong doesn't stamp either but my now wife had stamps when she returned to the Philippines.
-
No sticker needed then. You can book that ticket!

What does the CFO stamp look like?
Your spouse needs to attend the counseling class in Manila, Cebu or Angeles. My wife did hers in Manila and it was a half day.

So what all documents will she need to board the airplane? Will she just need her Passport with the Visa Stamped?
That is all you need other than the CFO stamp in the passport.

Based on your timeline the beneficiary is Nigerian but you filed South Korea? So the beneficiary has residency in South Korea? If you are both residents of South Korea you can get married and file DCF.

Yes we have, this lady that responded...we are not really sure she knows that very well because she had to ask us to hold on severally to ask questions then answer us, but at the end she said that we should go on and schedule an appointment but that we should wait to hear from the consular too, the country is south Korea.. Thanks. Is there a way to fasten hearing from the consular?
You can always go to the embassy/ consulate and speak to someone at the information window. Have you tried to email them (embassy / consulate) or call the NVC? I am not sure the NVC can help but it is worth the try.
If you can't get it resolved I am afraid you will have to refile your petition.

Are you Beneficiary or Petitioner?
Did the petitioner file the I-130 together with the fee payment, I-130A and all of the documents together to the correct location (lockbox)? You should not send in additional documentation after you file the petition unless asked to.
Did the petitioner file a G-1145 in order to get notifications electronically?
Did the petitioner receive any NOAs or RFEs? If it was filed and accepted in April the petitioner should have received a NOA1 shortly after receipt.
Please help us help you by filing out a timeline via your profile.

Have you contacted the embassy / consulate?
What country is this for?
Advise to others - don't wait to schedule the appointment. You don't need to wait for medicals once you have your case number.

Usually denied for not providing correct information or false information. In your proof of relationship provide a good mix of items.
Are you actually trying to file a K3? Those aren't usually approved.

If you are in Cebu go by the office or try calling them.

If you are married she is not your fiancee' anymore.
You should be able to add her to your bank account but it might be an issue with the bank. I had my wife added to an account while she still lived in the Philippines before she even had her visa at a bank and credit union. Chase wouldn't let me.

You can download a will online. Then sign it in front of a notary. No attorney needed.
CapitalOne will allow you to add to a credit card. You use 000-00-0001 as SSN if you do it online.
My credit union allowed my wife to be added to my account with a scanned in signature card and copy of ID.
I added her to my power and cable bill.

She can go to the US anytime. At 10 she would need to be accompanied by a holder of US passport or visa. A legal guardian would typically travel with her.
