I will be flying there in March and we will be getting married on our first visit.

Don't get married on the first visit.  Meet first. Make more trips.  I meet my wife, 27 years difference, first online.  We then had three visits before even talking about getting married.   Our embassy wasn't that "hard" but I ended up being interviewed too

We got married on our 4th visit after probably 60 days together, face to face.  I don't think there is any front loading or side loading that can make up for face to face time especially with such a big age difference.

Does anyone have any experience with marriage in a third party country, i.e., not either of your home country?

Then registering the marriage in each of your respective home countries?

Does anyone have an experience or knowledge about this

USC and Filipina and we got married in Hong Kong.  No issues.   Since she lived in the Philippines and would be migrating from there she did register the marriage there.   Did not have to be done for her VISA.  Needed to be done for her PASSPORT renewal as it would have expired in 2019.

  3. You need to do other things too like the comingeling. There are community and smaller banks and credit unions that will let you add your spouse. Get a life insurance policy and list your spouse as the beneficiary. Get a capital one credit card because you can add a non resident alien spouse without a social security or ITIN.  I did these for our CR-1.

Please what can I do in this kind of situation ?

Unfortunately the K-1 will not be processed any further and can not be appealed.

You will need to get married and file for a spousal visa.  You will need to provide better proof of a Bona Fide relationship amongst other things.  If there are issues with the CR-1 Visa and it is ultimately denied it can be appealed.

    Best wishes for you.

Hi! My husband was required by US Embassy Manila to submit the form DS-5535 four month after his interview. Has any of you had an idea on how long it usually take after this or will this take another long time of waiting?

After the DS-5355 is submitted, expect a few months to process it.

Thanks for your information, but i applied in January 2018 and my interview was in 2nd December 2018, when i check my case status online in CEAC it appear as Administrative Processing and last time it is updated on 13 December 2018 & it is not updated again....

Like @Roel said it can take a while.  No one here knows exactly what they are looking for or how long it will take to do what they need to do.

You will have to just patiently wait it out.
