  1. I'm finding some weird changes. Looking at timelines and down in the comment section there are some weird characters in the way that were likely not there before. But I could be wrong. "heels🤣😂" Link for example: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?cfl=&id=320818
  2. Yeah usually. I just like trying out different things.
  3. I went to Ask Emma and it connected me to a live rep. The live rep said employment are not determined. I asked if there would be any other condition, the live rep said no.
  4. Hey, I tried! Nothing wrong with that right?
  5. I think you may have the clear sky because we're not talking about being a sponsor for someone as there are some exclusion vs a Permanent Resident working. Interesting for sure!
  6. I looked at my file, and I submitted the tax form 1040X for I-864. The tax return transcript can be found at the IRS website here too https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript if the return has been processed and completed. I'd say it can be either the Form 1040 or the IRS' Tax return transcript because "If they submit a transcript, it gotta be from the IRS - Tax return transcript, not the tax account transcript". & Hello! Could you fill out your timeline? Welcome. Edit: Related - hope this helps
  7. Yes, I was wondering if your company give you more than 50% shareholder in stock or something that help make it even - but it was just a thought to see if it bring any stronger ties to the US. I hope there are more answer to this. I just don't know too much for sure but I'm sure it's ok if the job's HQ/main address is in the US for WFH. I'd follow along because my Husband may be interested to WFH with jobs not from the US for future reference until he Naturalize. I do see you do have some good ties to the US, filing taxes and having your money in the US bank, managing your expenses and living arrangement here. Those are the good checklist. -- I decided to ask ChatGPT, but got no idea where the source is from. It says the internal knowledge is up til then "Sept 2021" and couldn't share link. So it tells a little bit, just not enough. I sent a suggestion through the USCIS's Feedback if they can help provide the missing info but I doubt that'll come in anytime soon.
  8. Just curious - Would any of this may match the description of what your job would do? I've not found the info from USCIS website yet, and it is taking me a bit longer than what I thought to find such thing. Hard for me so far! I'm finding this to be a rare discussion. I'm not sure if a part-time job would make up a difference with this, even if able to do at your own time.
  9. I too also got the letter in the mail like Thunderbolt have. But I also do have question about the extended date. Since my Husband also have a ROC's NOA that extend the GC up to 48 months, does this N400 NOA only covers for N400 and doesn't override the ROC's NOA? I don't think it add/stack up together. I noticed this NOA is likely part of the other one that came in the mail because both have the same notice date. I guess this NOA showed here would supposed to be the first NOA, and the Biometric reused is the 2nd NOA - received earlier?
  10. [Reuploaded] Howdy all. I know I'm late to posting this and just now remembered. My Husband is a K-1 Filer > AOS > GC > ROC (We're still on NOA1) > Now N400. Timeline also in comment and in timeline chart. My Husband submitted the N400 through Online July 28, 2023. [Yesterday- Aug 3, 2023] we got a letter in the mail from USCIS NBC - it's a NOA receipt dated July 29, 2023. It also stated they are reusing the Biometrics that was last used. Yay! I'm not sure what Field Office they are using. NBC is pretty standard from submission I think. We're not using any lawyers as well.
  11. There are ride share assistance out there if you need it. Uber, Lyft, Taxi, family, friends, or even a few strangers would help out as needed. Please be safe. Even if you could not get it (SS Card) in time, you don't want the issue and hassle of being in a timeout for inconveniences like jail or so. I've supported my Husband by finding all the sources of help with ride share all I can. Sharing on Facebook asking for help also can come along the way. Just be ready to have back up plan. Where I live at in TN we don't have public transportation so we had to rely on the local to help us out.
  12. Actually, I guess it may not be considered Public Charge. https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge/public-charge-resources
  13. I used to use Straight Talk $45 a month (Roughly $54 a month with taxes). Using CDMA phones because where I live Verizon works the best here in my area of East TN/where I live. 2nd best is US Cellular. I switched over to T-Mobile Prepaid plan $25 a month, so my Husband and I use it and we pay about $57 a month with taxes on it. Best to know what works in the area unless you're in a known populated city you can choose whatever. Sorry for going off topic! -- Regarding what you're asking about. https://www.fcc.gov/acp The link does states if the person uses food stamp, housing voucher, Social Security Income, etc. So with food stamp can be considered using tax payer's money and if noticed and may charge the sponsor for paying back. I'm not real clear if this ACP may do charges on the sponsor but after what I saw with the requirement, I'd stay away. Considering your parents over age of 55 is the area I don't know for sure about public charge in that area so hopefully someone can speak up. I also looked back here - https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-g-chapter-2 I'd say it's likely a public charge.. unless otherwise.
  14. I just saw this and next thing you know I'm about to say OMG. Let's see if I get an update having to use the new form. 🤣 But it looks a bit better on the layout and it have those nice little additional changes. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-9.pdf from https://www.uscis.gov/i-9 Update channel: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-related-news
  15. You can stay at home and have your spouse to do a few things like grocery shopping and such, until you get your NOA. As long you get your NOA, you'll be fine. Don't stress too much, just be careful.
  16. I come back to say my Husband got his unrestricted Social Security Card Today. Now I can proceed! Thanks all.
  17. Ow. Hopefully they give out supply list after that! Big day, time for big post! Starting with Vietnam [486 links inspected; 460 newly flagged/removed] I just noticed the site already jumbled the account around and I'm seeing the same account that I already checked out... grr. Sorry for any duplicate, I don't remember all. Bah the site is messing with me now. It's pushing the members I saw onto the next page. I stopped at pg. 59 (was going backward, sorting by post). I'mma take a break now. Hopefully it straighten up. Enjoy the long post! LOL
  18. https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship-resource-center/learn-about-citizenship/naturalization-eligibility You can also check here!
  19. I had a big day. It's Tax-Free in TN on some selected item. Got some baby clothes. Teehee! Spin the globe and my finger land on the next area to search: Saint Lucia Well, found nothing here. Onto Rwanda Found nothing here. Onto France 👀 big search! [17 flagged] If there's something strange In your neighborhood Who you gonna call? (Ban Hammer!) [15 flagged] Already flagged: The odd one, 1 post and is a scam profile. Already flagged: Same with this one too... Onto Greenland [2 flagged] Onto Fiji [1 flagged] Onto Benin - Found nothing. Onto Angola [2 flagged] Onto Antigua and Barbuda [21 flagged] That's all for Tonight.
  20. Idk if Spouse's ex already filed for divorce or something but I guess OP could find out. Just curious, was OP supposed to file something along the way for separation/divorce or VAWA thing? I may not know what I'm asking but just trying to figure out if OP needed to do something else to add for the GC renewal. I'm giving it a shot of asking, if my memory have this in pieces or not.
  21. Checking Serbia [4 removed] Well that's a small list for now. Off to watch some tv's!
  22. If they were flagged or banned I don't see anything that indicate that on their account. In fact, I do see this weird one saying all account as new but I'd put it as a minor correction. To see if they were already banned let me check my history and see if I can pull some up. So far I can still see them (valid link, nothing indicate account banned) including the ones I checked for Yesterday.
  23. Searching thru Italy [18 flagged] Onto Israel! [16 flagged] Unsure about this one but the profile image kinda give it away. Yall decide on this. YES [2 flagged] Onto Hungary! [2 flagged] Onto Cayman Islands! [1 flagged] Onto Aruba! [21 flagged] Not sure but the little info on the left kinda gave it away. Probably incomplete copy pasta spam. Huahuahua! [10 flagged] Ok, time to go play.
  24. You can wait for the RFE and submit a correction of that page and have a separate paper explaining you made a mistake and there is the corrected paper. As long no other document are missing, I think that should be ok. If no RFE shows up yet, you can try to re-submit the correction so no other question can be brought up for not correcting it right away during the interview. Hopefully that make sense. I've not done any correction for a case like this but I do hope someone can chime in and have their say.
