    If a family did drugs in the past (20 years+), but stopped since then, would they be considered inadmissible for a tourist visa? I think on the DS-160 it asks something along the lines of "are you a drug abuser or addict?" Would this cause any issues in the visa interview/application?

    My wife is going to be submitting her N-400 application this March and her Vietnam passport is expiring in July. Is it worth renewing the passport before the N-400 interview? Or is it ok to bring an expired passport to the new interview?

    My wife is thinking of changing her first name to an Americanized name and potentially changing her last to mine. Was wondering if this would cause any issues or if it's possible when filling out the N-400?

    Hey there, I just saw this post and was wondering for our situation. So my wife came here on a K1 visa back in 2019, but didn't get her GC until 2021. We've been living together for over 4 years now. Are we able to apply 90 days early under the 3 year rule? I'm assuming we can?
