Did you already do your interview? It’s strange because the officer mentioned there were no flags for me either. I’m not completely changing my name but changing my middle name to my first name/first name to middle name.

Filed for n-400 February 2023 interview scheduled for July 2023 at the interview my officer informed me that they had sent out the background checks for their cases at the same time (admitting she was a little late to send out) but that all others came back in time before the interview except mine. Interview went well and i passed the test but was given a receipt stating a decision could not be made because they were still waiting for the background check. Officer mentioned it would take 2 days maximum for me to receive a response and it’s been 2 weeks now and my status is still “interview was scheduled.” I know I have 120 days before I can request a hearing on my case so I was denied an info pass appointment because it’s still technically within processing times. Does anyone know of a similar situation and if I should be freaking out right now?
