  1. Hello, I'm currently in the process of filling out the N400 form online for early submission, but I've encountered a warning related to my residence history. It appears that this warning is due to a combination of my specific situation and the decision to file early. I'm seeking advice on whether I should wait for an additional 3 months before submitting my N400 application. Here's my timeline: - 01/18/2019: I entered the US (Guam) and began the DV green card (I-551) process, with USCIS using my friend's residence address in WA. - 01/23/2019: I returned to my home country. - 02/20/2019: My green card was sent to my friend's residence address. - 05/05/2019: I moved to CA and started working there. - 05/20/2019: I rented an apartment and have had a residence address since then. I have only briefly returned to my home country for 3 weeks once a year. Today, on 10/24/2023, I'm in the process of filling out the N400 form online. The 'Residence Since' date on my green card is 01/18/2019. When answering the question about "Where you have lived," I need to add the period from 10/24/2018 to 05/19/2019, or else I receive the warning "You are missing information" for this period. However, when I added my residence in my home country from 10/24/2018 to 05/19/2019, it triggered another warning, stating "You may not meet the continuous residence requirement." It seems this issue can only be resolved by waiting to file the N400 form after 01/18/2024. Is my understanding correct? I would greatly appreciate any advice on this matter. Thank you.
