  1. Thanks, I did file an AR-11 on June 22, 2023, right before I moved to Chicago which was on July 01, 2023
  2. I had an incorrect resident since date on my GC, I filed an N400 in 2022 using the wrong resident since date, at the time of interview the IO told me the date on the GC was wrong and that my real resident since date was 05/17/2019. My case was denied (without prejudice so should not harm any future applications) Now fast forward to February, 2024, I applied again with the new Resident Since date of 05/17/2019, but I never filed an I90 for a new green card to get that date corrected. Will it be a problem at the time of the interview is my question I submitted the new N400 using the Chicago address, so AR11 is not needed i don't think Yes, I filed an N400 in 2022 and it was denied because the resident since date was wrong on my green card. I filed a new application 4 days ago.

  4. Hi All! I filed N400 because I was eligible, but my Green Card has the wrong resident since date. My resident since date says 09/27/2017 and it should state 05/17/2019. Will this be an issue at the time of the interview? I applied for citizenship earlier in 2022 because I didn't know my residence since date was wrong. At the time of interview (in NYC FO), the IO told me that I didn't have to file the I-90 if I didn't want to because I would be eligible to re-apply soon and it wouldn't harm my future application. Still I was worried now that it might be an issue, since I have moved and am living in Chicago. Any responses appreciated. Thank you
  5. No just someone else with a concern about N-400 application
  6. I suggest downloading and adding your case to the App "Lawfully." it will alert you on your iphone when there's a status update to your case

  8. How long did it take for them to schedule an interview for you from filing the N-400? How long did it take for them to schedule an interview for you from filing the N-400?
  9. Really? I know they have quite a few judicial oaths in the year. Another user here who did name change got their oath within 1 month of interview. Hopefully we get lucky as well. 7-9 months is really long. In Chicago they usually have the judicial oaths every 2 months or so
  10. Sadly the date is inaccurate. Although if you're in NYC they tend to work really fast, most people get an interview within 3 months. Good luck
  11. Your case will be looked at just the same as anyone else who files, regardless if it's under the 90 early filing or under normal filing. In other words, they will not wait 90 days to start reviewing.
  12. good luck keep us updated on how it goes. Are you requesting a name change?
  13. Mine also changed from 7 months to 4 months. I believe it's because we immediately got the biometrics reuse notice
  14. Hi all, Filed on 02/19/2024 and requested name change also, but at 10PM so the Received Date is 02/20/2024. Got biometric reuse letter also dated 02/20/2024. I am in Chicago, IL. Case is being actively reviewed since submission and estimated time to decision updated to 4 months (from 7 months)!
  15. How long did you wait from the interview to get oath ceremony notice? I am also filing for name change in Chicago
  16. So I submitted my tax transcripts for the past 5 years, I'd recommend doing that you can upload even after submitting the application. I also submitted a copy of my residential lease and Driver's License as proof of residence/address
