I just found out I am having this same issue. I received my NOA with "Receipt" in the notice type column yesterday. The receipt date is 14 May 2018. The petition was sent on 15 February 2018. There is no transfer. The US Citizenship and Immigration Services website shows only the same receipt date. I am also unable to complete a timeline with the same error. I am wondering if there is something I am missing or may have done incorrectly.
