I had the combo interview. I think it went well. Was just to indifference about taking my wife out of rehab for the interview. Thankfully, FO was nice, made it easier for us to explain our circumstances. However, no decision was made. Still waiting
Same education and earning gap(wife make more than me), moved to two place pre and post covid and she did short contracts travelling assignments due to her job shutdown.
I have my citizenship interview filed under the 5yrs whiles I-751 is still pending. My wife checked into mental health rehab and won't be officially discharge before the interview date.
Any advice on the way Forward?
After several requests, congressman and case transfers, I'm still waiting for a decision or interview. I finally went ahead and file N400 and it has been more than 100 days without no interview or movement. File office is Philadelphia
My ROC just passed two years after filling. Congressional enquiry says my case is in the field office with no timetable to complete while Tranfer notice and SR says my case is still in service center.
Hi Family
I don't know if this is normal, but I have received a case transferred and fingerprint taken notifications twice within a month. Didn't file for citizenship here, I can't deal with anxiety.
I have received the first case transfer notification letter saying the case was sent to NBC for faster processing .
What's going on with my case ?
I really don't know. I'm not from any of those blacklisted countries, only travel once in the last 12 years and been here in the states since high school.
I got a response today after an SR request that indicates my case is held for additional review. I don't know if it's one of those generic responses to close the SR or if it truly held for additional review. The wait continues.
