Darn it's a hefty price to just locate a record that should have been publicly available. I will keep this in mind if the USCIS forces me to go through this. Thank you for bringing this up! This will at least prepare me mentally when or if we need to file this!

Hello all, I'm a US citizen (just naturalized a few weeks ago) and filing form I130 to petition my Mom. My Mom visited me in 2015 under a non-immigrant visitor visa. In form I-130, there is a section requiring me to put in her I-94 number from this 2015 trip. I went to CBP website and put her information in but the website says "No Record". Anyone has experience with this before? I have 2 questions regarding this: 1. Should I submit my Mom's I-130 form without the I-94 number in the application? 2. If not, where else can I go to get help with her I-94 record? Please help! Thank you!
