Hello all, I already read some "start here FAQ's" but I was not able to find the answer. Maybe some of you that has better knowledge can help me out here. A woman (23 years old), US citizen wants to apply to her husband. He came with a tourist visa and it is out of status. They are married for over 1 year here in US. What are the forms needed to apply?
