    Number is blocked. I know that person as extended family. So blocking isn’t going to help. I know Dubai & Qatar has strict rules for criminal activities. My local police isn’t going to do anything as it’s outside their boundaries I was thinking to contact my local congressman office to send a note to US embassy in Doha to void his visa?

    There is a guy from Doha Qatar calling me threatening me to harm me via calls. He claims he has USA visit visa carry out his plan how can I contact Doha Police for action? I have recording of his calls

    1 month. Plan is to file and hopefully get interview letter in a month so I can come back in time for interview. I know interview won’t happen in month.

    My father in law has interview for visit visa. They have stable business, properties, & visited other countries (Dubai, Saudi, australia) for a visit & came back home. they have no intent of staying is US or Settling. I have greencard via marriage living with family. any tips, documents, preparation for interview?

    Thanks for details my spouse is US citizen since 2015. We have been married since 2018. Entered USA in 2021, living together since 2021 what is difference between. continuous residence & physical presence? I read online that one must not stay out of USA for +6 months. Which doesn’t apply to us. (That’s continuous resident)

    right I saw that. It’s bit confusing. So should I apply 01/03/24 or 02/03/24. Since I was outside of USA for 30 days. Technically I’m adding those days back. does this mean residency rule for 5 yr is bit different from 3 yr marriage based?

    A spouse on US national, for green card received on 04/03/21. And visited home country for 30 days during that period. Do I exclude 30 days from 3 yr rule? Or can she apply for N400 on 01/03/23? Or 02/03/23?

    This may not work. Amt if investment & to create 10 jobs clients are 300+. He will not be signing off tax return. Data entry, book keeping he can do. We will offer training and he will be partner/ceo making decisions this might work. Any more details on this?

    Asking for friend My brother in law is in Australia (Pakistani passport, no green card from Aus). He graduated with Masters in Accounting. there is a tax company on sale ($200k). Since I can’t pay that much, he wants to provide 50% and become partner. Is there a business visa for this kind of situation? If so, will he be able to get work permit & green card in USA. He will also work at the same company. He will not be ghost partner. Tax company has good history with IRS coming, all of their returns have been filed. They have 3 staff seasonal who work during the year. The tax company is real with good book keeping records

    Totally irrelevant! there is inflation in USA and Europe. they have company with over dozen of staff under them. One facility in France, one in USA manufacturing their products. 4 business partners. 2 handles clients in PK, 1 in FR, 1 in USA. But they are not coming for expansion of business. Just to visit family and return back. No one is fleeing PK here

    There is income, & brief description section about job/business in DS-160. How do I show I’m attached to my home country & will return. Like family, kids, properties etc.
