    I got notification today that oath is schedule. Nothing in Documents section yet. Does it take 24 hrs before pdf shows up?

    It surely delay process & depend on office too. It’s been more than 6 wks after interview. No update. USCIS said delay in oath is due to name change here is the response The oath ceremony is not a regular one, it's judicial, because there was a request for a name change. Unfortunately these types of ceremonies are not held as often but there is a request pending and the liaison has said they will flag another time to make sure you are on the soonest scheduling possible. I'll continue to monitor and update you should we receive new information.

    Any oath updates this month? It’s already 16th of the month! On the interview day, they said there was an oath on May 2nd. I am thinking next oath would be same wk next month. do they give 1 month notice or 2 wks notice before oath date?

    I was interviewed on Monday and officer told me there is an Oath ceremony scheduled for coming Sat. I may or may not get added. I was thinking maybe due to name change I missed that oath? now just trying to see what’s the possibility of next batch

    That person in Pakistan is not a spouse yet. Just planing for engagement there. And once and enter US, we will plan to get married here as I have most of family here I thought I read only k-3 are still valid?
