  1. Is it safe to apply for naturalization while my I-751 waiver is still pending?
  2. Gotcha. Thanks you so much for clarifying
  3. Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone had a similar situation. So after divorcing from my ex, I fell under the 5 year rule for neutralization. According to it, I would be able to apply in June this year. I was traveling internationally the past years since I moved to the US. In total I spent 5 months outside the US. I saw an article that the time spent outside the US can’t be included. Does that mean I can’t apply before November? Thank you
  4. I never heard of SSSS before. Just googled it lol. Well thanks for your answers.
  5. Hi Everyone, My I-751 status got changed into “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” since June. Also my field office is very busy so I am sure my interview won’t get scheduled anytime soon. I planned to travel internationally to visit my dad in the end of this month for 10 days. I am just a little concerned if I am safe to travel and come back if my status doesn’t change. If anyone was in this situation, please share your experience. Thank you
  6. Hi Everyone, So I received an RFE for my I-751 and I started working on it. My deadline to sent the RFE is May 15th. My extension letter is still valid until September this year. My dad got sick and is in the hospital, so I was thinking of going to visit him for a couple of weeks before I submit my response to USCIS since my letter is still valid. I am concerned if I am going to have some issues coming back to US. Did anyone had the same situation ? Thank you
  7. That was really helpful. Thank you so much for the explanation. God bless you.
  8. Sorry for late question, I was not able to login in to my visajourney account. Could you please explain this a little better for me ? Because this is definitely something I could do. I just need more explanation how to do this. Thank you
  9. They said that is not sufficient. I got divorced in the meantime, so maybe that’s probably the reason why they were questioning if my marriage was real, I have no idea 🤷‍♀️ My ex husband is willing to cooperate with me and collect as much evidence as possible to prove USCIS that we had a real marriage. He is even willing to come to the interview with me if that could help. His mother also wants to write a affidavit letter for me.
  10. For I-751 I included: -joint taxes -apartment leases -joint health insurance -joint electricity bills -joint phone bill plan -pictures
  11. I am aware that affidavit is not a strong evidence. I am also working and collecting other evidence besides affidavits. I just would like to see an example of the affidavit, if someone can post it.
  12. Hi everyone, I started working on RFE for my I-751. And one of the evidences I want to submit are affidavits from friends and family. If someone could post an example of affidavit? Thank you
  13. I going to start to work on it. Thank you and I will keep you guys posted.
  14. I understand everything. Of course we had our reasons why we got divorced.
  15. I just printed all pictures and put them in the envelope while I was sending my package.
  16. First thank you for taking your time and write all of this. Me and my ex husband are actually getting along really well lately, we also talked about everything that happened between us and we still have feelings for each other. He said that is willing to do anything he could to help me with this. We do have a bunch of tickets for different events which I didn’t submit. I thought that’s not really an evidence. But could submit it. Unfortunately we did not have a joint bank account. This is what we submitted : joint tax returns, joint utility bills(electricity and phone), joint apartment lease, joint insurance, a bunch of pictures from our trips and 1 affidavit.
  17. Actually, the letter that I received from USCIS mentioned all options that I have to prove a bona fide marriage, and one of the options are Affidavits.
  18. That’s definitely something that I could get from a lot of people. Thank you for advice
