  1. I see. I already spoke to my ex husband and he tried to request for 2019 and was not able to. Only the last 4 years as well. Anyway, I appreciate taking your time to add your comment on this topic.
  2. Yes , he filled it and claimed me for 2019. I do not have copies of old evidence unfortunately. So he might be able to request it then ?
  3. Hi everyone, While I am waiting to get scheduled for N400 interview, I googled what documents do I need to bring to the interview and one of them is tax return transcript. So I tried to request for 5 years back and it only allowed me to get for 2020,2021,2022 & 2023. Did anyone else had this issue? Thank you
  4. Did you also have to submit the marriage evidence again when you applied for N400 ?
  5. Thanks. Yeah, I have been a lawful permanent resident for over 5 years now.
  6. Did you also check the box A General provision in part 1?
  7. Sorry I just got a little confused with part 1 box A general provision. My green card is marriage based. It kinda makes more sense to answer US citizen spouse because that’s how I got my green card.. so confusing 🫤
  8. Thank you. I believe you are talking about part 1. Information about your eligibility. Yea that that makes sense. Thanks again
  9. Hi everyone, I am in the process of filing N400 and got a little confused with the form. So I got my green card through marriage and in meantime, we got divorced. Now I am eligible to apply for citizenship and I need help. >Part 5. Information about your marital history Your current marriage (if you are currently married, including if you are legally separated, provide the following information about your current spouse. < Since I am divorced, my ex husband is not my current spouse and we are not legally separated, I believe that I have to skip this part. If someone else out here was in this situation, please answer. I appreciate everyone’s help.
  10. Yes , I am very aware that taxes, bills , leases etc have the same address lol, but that wasn’t my question. Thanks anyway
  11. To show that we lived in the same address , because both licenses show the address
  12. Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone submitted some other licenses besides State ID/drivers license to show the same address? My ex has a couple of more licenses like State firearm owners ID and State concealed carry license and it shows the address as well. Did anyone submit something those ? Thanks for your input
  13. I would apply for the citizenship. Even USCIS notified you that you are eligible. Of course your N400 won’t be approved before your I-751 but it will definitely speed up your process with I-751. Good luck
  14. My I-751 is actually ready for an interview since June last year.
