    Great news .. congratulations! Interesting she don’t have the file for the ROC .. but has ALL the evidence submitted for the ROC ? hope she approve it today .. I remember another applicant the IO told him something similar then couple days later everything approved ( by cancelling the ROC and approving the Citizenship ( due to the amount of evidence submitted is sufficient).

    I guess there is a reason the IO interviewed both of you, so when the IO get the I751 file can approve it or cancel it since approved your citizenship.. Otherwise if it was just citizenship interview then IO would interviewed just the applicant.

    Great ! Thank you so much sorry to ask alot .. Do they start with Citizenship interview / test .. then grab your US. Spouse and do the I751 interview ? Or both interviews the spouse with you ? I would appreciate the nitry bitty details from start to finish * Also did you travel outside the United States ? Do they ask about the trips ? Do they want to see the stamps on the passport ?

    Five years rule base on permanent residency in the US for five years , its different from the three years bona fide marriage requirement.

    You probably will get an RFE ( Request For Evidence) for your husband , one of the requirements on the application ,needs to verify the US spouse have been US Citizen for at least for 3 years.

    I didn’t submit any pictures either , just submitted digital passport style photo , in case they want it for the naturalization certificate . I submitted alot of evidence it came up about 150 pdf file .. vacations flight boarding passes , cruises boarding passes .. utilities, insurances , joint vehicles titles .. driver license show same address , joint bank card and bills .. etc what I liked about the cruises boarding passes .. it shows room number ,names , how many nights we stayed in the room together, dates and ports locations on each pass so its clearly verify we stay together and vacation together , and it so much fun ! Can’t wait to book another cruise lol ..

    Whats your timeline ? Did you apply for citizenship yet ? LIN. Here as well ROC received Sep 27 2021 .. no update yet .. applied for citizenship on Dec 31 2022 ., just few days ago .. hope it will make the ROC moving .

    Where can get the citizenship test booklet through USCIS? Do they will send it with the notice of receipt ? or should stop by the USCIS local office ?

    they wont send any detail in email .. the email just a tracker notification same as the text message. the account online in the document section shows the notices if you file online .
