Your situation is unfortunate as you sound well intended and want your wife to meet your family. Unfortunately so many folks from your country abuse tourist visas to "adjust status" in the US. Personally I wish the US would get rid of the option to adjust status from a tourist visa. Then honest people such as your wife can visit without issue. I didn't know how real immigration fraud was until joining Visa Journey.

You dont do anything. You dont invite him.
 
He applies and goes to the interview. Whats going on in your life is no importance or relevance to anything. What is important is that he shows sufficient ties to his home country to overcome the assumption that he will not come back to his country.
 
And next time better to create your own topic instead of bumping a 7 year old one.
