    Hello! I’m a USC, and I petitioned my mom back in 2021. She received her interview date recently and would love to know if someone can enlighten me. My husband (co-sponsor) and I got laid off last year, and we’re still looking for a job. Does being unemployed affect my mother’s interview? What can we do? We recently contacted NVC, but they said our documents have already left NVC, so they cannot do anything.
