Hello all small update about our case,

We sent our application >>April 20

Check Cashed and Text Alert with Case Number >> April 24  

Since then No NOA receipt. I sent email to lockbox 2 times no response or notification so far

I initiated inquiry from MyUscis account and got response yesterday that they will send NOA again

We had my fiance police certificate, birth certificate and singleness paper ( those papers must be from the central registry in Managua not the local ) also they took our I-134(Affidavit of support) and my recent tax receipts. We also prepared couple of actual pictures that we took during the relationship.  The interview was relatively easy, the consular asked how did we meet? What is my job? How many times we met? And my birthplace in Turkey. All the other forms such as a letter from employer, my bank statements, W2s they did not even check those. If you have any extra question please let me know. 

Finally we end the nightmare in the Nicaragua. We finished our process last week and received my fiance passport and returned the US together. We literally locked in the hotel for 2 weeks to finish all the process. I hope Nicaragua will be better soon and all the couples who is waiting will finish their as soon as possible.

Our case status is IN Transit to Nicaragua embassy since last week. When I check available appointments for an interview the earliest one is June 26 :((  Is it really that much full or embassy is not working regularly due to recent events?
