    My husband moved from Ghana to the US through K1 visa in feb 2022. We got married and filed our AOS in May 2022. I made a mistake and filed i130 even though we married within 90 days. It’s been over a year he has not received his EAD.. we have been calling, expediting the EAD based on financial difficulty, but deny the case, we have asked to speak to a tier 2 officer still no answer. We were then given an interview date on Aug 8th only for it to be cancelled and we wereesent a letter to confirm the cancellation.. so now that our EADd is out of processing term, what can be done about it ? Thanks

    How do I get to speak to a live agent at USCIS? I use to use INFOPASS but now it doesn’t work anymore. Any other way to get hold of a live agent ? Thanks
