The possession of such equipment, instrument, apparatus and other paraphernalia fit or intended for any of the purposes enumerated in the preceding paragraph shall be prima facie evidence that the possessor has smoked, consumed, administered to himself/herself, injected, ingested or used a dangerous drug and shall be presumed to have violated Section 15 of this Act. there is no waiver for that, if they deny her visa?

My mom's I30 is approved. We are just waiting for her interview date in Manila embassy. She has criminal background. She was convicted 7 years ago. she was in jail for 2 years and was released. but she was convicted. I know this is a ground for inadmission. I wonder if there are any here who had the same situation and was able to bring their loved ones in USA.
