    Hello, I became a dual citizen last June 30th 2024, I wanted to report the birth of my second child who was born on October 29, 2024. I have some questions to ask about the report of birth form, what should I put in the citizenship slot? Filipino or Filipino American? Second question, Do I need to fill out the naturalized date & place of registration as the same day as I re-acquired my citizenship again as a Filipino last June 30, 2024? I just want to seek clarification. See attached document I'm talking about.
