  1. Agreed - any change would likely be reflected in the parolee’s portal.
  2. No - she just only needs to state that she’s received (if she indeed has), or promise to receive after arriving in the US. Also need to have TB test within 90 days of arrival
  3. Have the beneficiary check their USCIS online account under the NOTICES tab. That is where the travel document should appear. Good luck!
  4. Please know that in most cases, Ukrainians crossing from Ukraine into Poland now require a **biometric** passport or a visa from Poland.
  5. Has anyone had any issues or delays getting through passport control / customs using U4U?
  6. So my Ukrainian mother-in-law finally received her Travel Authorization document via U4U. For those who have traveled via U4U: Other than her passport and this document, is there anything else she will need to board her flight and enter the US? Thank you!
  7. Just FYI - we went to file the I-134A again, but after completing the entire application, the ‘submit’ button was greyed out and the announcement “You cannot file this form again as an I-134A is already filed by you for this beneficiary” - the one they”administratively closed”!. So….. we can’t re-file, we can’t message them, and we can’t call them. We did send a message to our congressman explaining our situation and requesting assistance.
  8. We are dealing with almost this exact scenario. We filed I-134 and were quickly approved in early January, but bene was unable to travel. Filed I-134A again on May 7 after expiration of original but case was “administratively closed” in June. Same reason - “filed as duplicate”. I cannot reach anyone by phone (absolute exercise in futility) and we cannot send a message as we have sent 2 and apparently your ability to send messages closes with 2 notes. We are wide open to any suggestions anyone may have.
  9. Temporarily - for 2 months or so, perhaps. But open-ended in case situation changes.
  10. We submitted a U4U form I-134A online on May 7 (today is May 30). We received receipt notice right away….since then nothing. We are still waiting for next step. Is this normal?
