Hi, everyone, my friend came to the United States in May 2016 and then he applied for aslyum in August 2016. His aslyum case is still pending and never had an interview with USCIS yet. He was married to a green card holder. My question is can he submit I-130 and I-485 together? or He can only submit I-130? I know the visa for green card spouse is current, but not sure if a asylee has legal status to submit I-485 with I-130 with a green card hold spouse. Thanks Karen

Does anyone submit AOS after 12/23/2022? Any additional documents to be submitted with public charge? Like degree certificate? thanks
