    Okay, I am not sure if this helped me, but I will offer it as a suggestion. We have been waiting for an interview since the end of June 2024. Yesterday, I uploaded some supporting documents, and today, I got the email to schedule an interview. Again, I'm not sure if that did it, but it's worth a shot!!! Interview schedule for end of December.

    Hello, Thank you for responding. His removal of conditions was approved in September 2023, and I recall they made him do biometrics for that. Since USCIS has no rhyme or reason for anything they do, we may have to apply after we return in June. I can't risk it. Good luck to all in this group

    Hello, we are likely filing this month. I have gathered everything and filled out the form. Did you guys send photos? If so, how many? I am also concerned about filing and getting a biometrics appointment while we are away. We are going on vacation for three weeks. I doubt they would give us an appt so soon but my luck, they will!
