I'm American, My hubby Canadian. We married in the US 8/12/2000 and lived there until my hubbys mom became quite ill and we needed to be with his folks . During our time in the US, we went through the immigration process to the point that he had his green card and status with the 2 year conditions on it (to prove we were still married). Before we could remove the conditions we went to Canada (10/2001). When it was time to go to interview to remove conditions, they took it all away as we were residing in Canada at that time. Now, both his folks have passed and we want to move back to the US for good and now starting his immigration all over again, but this time from Canada.
