Duke and I both met six years ago while playing a video game (counter strike: global offensive :D). We were friends and nothing more for over a year. We grew closer and on the day after Valentine's Day 2016, we finally realized what was right in front of our faces. We have been together ever since. He proposed to me on December 13th, 2016. We received our K-1 VISA after two years and were finally able to marry on July 12, 2018.
We have since had a child, a daughter. We are still happily married, currently residing in California, as my husband is an active duty Marine attached to Camp Pendleton. I received my full 10 year Green Card on October 2nd, 2021. It was a long fight, but we made it!
